ALUDONG PVDF aluminum composite panel features a structure of two aluminum skins bonded to a polyethylene (PE) core, produced via continuous extrusion technology. Its exterior surface is finished with PVDF Kynar 500 fluorocarbon coating, delivering superior durability and long service life. This product is specially engineered for exterior wall cladding, with a corrosion resistance lifespan of 15 to 20 years.
ALUDONG PE coating boasts outstanding adhesion to base materials. PE color-coated sheets are easy to fabricate, cost-efficient, and available in abundant specifications. They support flexible selection across various colors and gloss levels, with a corrosion resistance service life of 5 to 8 years under conventional indoor exposure.
In terms of gloss performance: solid and metallic color variants generally register a Gardner gloss of 30%–40%, perfectly suited for architectural projects. Special effect colors come with a Gardner gloss ranging from 80%–90%.

Aludong ECO ACP is a lightweight PE-coated panel for interior applications. It features a standard matte finish and comes with a 5–8 year warranty. 

High-gloss ACP with polyester coating (70–90° gloss) delivers vivid colors.

Natural marble surface in various styles and sizes. Adopting professional transfer & coating technology, it boasts elegant appearance and long service life.

Anodized mirror panels feature high reflectivity, including domestic and German imported types.

Wood-grain panels have natural texture. The anti-scratch coating effectively prevents scratches.

The surface of brushed aluminum composite panels features an anodized brushed finish.
